They are awesome I onky downgraded one star flr server mixing up info and telling us they had a pie, even gave us a coupon for it, they weren't even carrying.
Great food and service! Everyone at the table was very pleased with the food. We sat in an oval booth, that was very conducive to conversation. The waitress always seemed at hand when needed. Loved it!
My husband and I came here for date night. I can't remember our servers name, but she was great from start to finish. The manager was also very pleasant and made sure we were satisfied with our meals and experience. I felt very taken care of at this location thanks to their amazing staff. The food is always great here.
I stopped here Monday and they had a cheeseburger and fries lunch special for 6. That cheeseburger was huge, it was two patties and two slices of cheese. I couldn't finish it. That is probably the best burger deal in Eastgate! The service was great too, I was seated right away the waitress was there right away and the food came out really quick.
Ordered on Active Menues for pick up. I ordered the feed the family chicken tenders, green beans, coleslaw, and fried okra. Everything was hot, packaged well and the order was correct down to the dipping sauces. If you're going to order from O'Charley's for pick up (in my case) or delivery, you should definitely utilize Active Menues. By the way....the chicken tenders are great!
Quiet spot on a Monday. Enjoyed the Prime Rib quesadilla with fresh jalapenos, paired with a PsycHOPathy IPA. It was great! Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Good stop

Amazing experience. A great sit down with family. Or if you're riding solo, it's ideal to just interact with good people. Normal people. Lol. We had a group of five and was immediately seated on a saturday night. This place should have been packed. The food was phenomenal! To the cook that cooked my ribs and chicken... You got me, I can cook as well, but you get the trophy! My waitress, you have a wonderful memory. Your service was top-notch! To the manager who walked around greeting customers and interacting. Thank you for making us feel right at home. My kids even commented while eating that it was better than Dad's! I could not disagree with them. The time we are in things is expensive, but if you want great food with great service with great atmosphere, then I recommend stopping in at O'Charlie's restaurant & Bar. To the owner of this establishment. Understand that the employees like you have are not a dime a dozen, and if you want employees like You have now, you must pay them to keep them. I'm sure you understand that, or they would not be there. I do not say these words lightly. This was the first time that I had stopped at O'Charley's, but it will not be the last. At least the one in Batavia, Ohio. Thank you all for the great food and experience. I work in Cincinnati and take my family quite often to see their sites. And now we have a place to eat before our journey home.
